CANCELLATION POLICY:
Flights are non-refundable. Flights can be changed without a change fee. Lodging can be canceled with a full refund until August 12, 2024. Car reservations can be canceled without penalty until August 28, 2024.
NOTES: Pricing has already slightly increased since 1/8 when prices were originally pulled. Car rental also increased from yesterday morning to last night. I would like to get these reserved before prices increase again, or something is no longer available.
PAYMENT: Please VENMO me your payment no later than January 30.
TRAVELER INFORMATION: Please complete a Traveler Form below so that I have the information I need to complete the reservations. (Amanda, I don't need all of the information on the form for you, but I do need some of it, so if you could complete it, too, that would be great.)
